Cycle Works Rasta riders before 2013 Trans Iowa Race
Trans Iowa 7th Place tie! Congrats. Huge accomplishment
If you haven't heard of Trans Iowa, you should look into it. Not is it only a challenge to be out on the course and ride all day and all night (300+ miles), but to finish is an accomplishment on a whole different level. We are so proud of everyone one from Lincoln that headed out and toed the line!
If you haven't heard of Trans Iowa, I highly suggest that you look it up. Once you are aware of what this race consists of you will highly respect anyone up for the challenge. Cycle Works had a big crew that took this challenge this year and all did awesome. Last year weather held a lot of these guys back, and again made it a challenge this year. Huge congrats to Aaron Gammel and Scott Bigelow who were 2 out of the 18 finishers this year, and also Matt Wills, Corey "Cornbread" Godfrey, Bruce Currin, Matt Gersib who also rocked it. Check out Trans Iowa website for results and more information on the race, or get a better explanation of the event from the horses mouth (Cornbread or Guitar Ted).
