SERVICE

Estimates Are Always Free
When you bring in your bike for service, we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that's needed. One of our service pros will discuss your bicycle with you and carefully explain what we recommend, always respecting your choices and your budget.

We're Bike Service Pros: Our service staff is professionally trained and certified to work on all bicycle makes and models, not just the ones we sell. And every member of our service team participates in training sessions with factory service techs several times each year. So, whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Walk-ins Are Welcome: Getting ready for a ride and discovered that a tire's gone flat? Did you hit a pot hole and knock your rim out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. And if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. Come in, call or e-mail us soon so we can make that important repair or adjustment and get you back on your bike ASAP.

Appointments Are Helpful
If you prefer the convenience of an appointment, we'll let you know how long the repair will take so that you can plan accordingly. If it’ll be ready quickly, you might want to check out what's new in our store while you’re waiting. If you’re going to run some errands while your bike's being fixed, consider giving us a mobile number where we can reach you in case we have any questions.
Thank you!

OTHER SERVICES

Front forks and rear shocks are subject to extreme loads that put wear on the oil and internal parts.  Suspension systems should be inspected and serviced once a year under most conditions, more if you race or ride in extreme conditions.
Let us check out your rig and recommend the proper service.  Neglect along with normal wear and tear break down parts prematurely.  Starting the season with a properly tuned and serviced suspension system is a necessity if you want to keep the rubber in the dirt and not turn an easy and inexpensive service into a complete overhaul or new suspension system.  Stop in today and let us check out your ride.  There is no need to ship out forks and shocks to out of town service stations any longer.  We have and can service most forks and shocks in house with turn over faster than competitors. (1-2 days if parts are in stock)
Fork Service:  $70 labor + parts and oil
Rear Shock Service:  $70 labor + parts
